The Role

As a Teacher of Religious Education, you will deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, encouraging students to explore a diverse range of beliefs, values, ethical issues, and philosophical concepts.

You will play a key role in fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and respectful discussion, helping students develop a deeper understanding of the world around them while supporting their personal growth and academic achievement.

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Have experience teaching Religious Education across KS3 and KS4
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for the subject
  • Be committed to delivering engaging, high-quality teaching and learning
  • Possess excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Be dedicated to supporting students of all abilities to achieve their full potential
  • Enjoy contributing to the wider life of the school and its community
