About our client
Our client is a leading UK institutional investment platform managing a large, diversified portfolio on behalf of long-term institutional investors. As the team continues to grow, they are looking to add a Senior Analyst to support investment activities across their real estate platform. What the job involves
- Lead underwriting and monitoring of real estate investment opportunities
- Support portfolio management, reporting and performance analysis
- Review financial models, due diligence and investment recommendations
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, fund managers and advisers across investment initiatives
Who we are looking for
- Experience in real estate investing, private markets or a related field
- Experience leading underwriting, due diligence or investment workstreams
- Strong financial modelling, analytical and report writing skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive investor with an interest in real estate and institutional investing
