Commercial Property Solicitor – Liverpool Join a Thriving Real Estate Team Where Your Ambition Matches the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded national law firm's Liverpool office. Working alongside recognised specialists, you will advise a diverse client base on high-quality real estate matters while benefiting from genuine career progression, business development opportunities and the support of an established national real estate platform.

The Role
You will advise a broad range of clients, including occupiers, property developers, investors and lenders, on a variety of commercial property matters, including:
Acquisitions and disposals of investment properties, including sale and leaseback transactions. Negotiating leases and associated landlord and tenant documentation on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Acquisition of development and investment sites. Negotiating development agreements and disposals of development sites to investors. Supervising junior team members on portfolio management matters, including licences, consents and lease transactions. Reviewing, reporting on and advising in relation to title matters. Advising on heads of terms and transaction structures. Working closely with colleagues across Corporate, Banking, Construction and Restructuring teams on multi-disciplinary transactions.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors who can demonstrate:
Significant experience in Commercial Property law. Strong Landlord and Tenant expertise. Experience across a range of commercial real estate transactions. Excellent technical, drafting and communication skills. The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure. A proactive and commercially focused approach. Strong team-working skills alongside the ability to work independently. An interest in networking, business development and building client relationships. Financial awareness and commercial acumen. A willingness to collaborate with colleagues across a national platform.
