Long-Term Role (Monmouthshire):

A welcoming primary school in Monmouthshire is working with Academics, a dedicated education recruitment agency, to recruit a committed Primary Class Teaching Assistant for a long-term role in their reception class. This is an excellent opportunity to join a warm, energetic Early Years team where every day brings new discoveries and meaningful moments with young learners.

You'll support the class teacher with daily routines, small-group activities, and one-to-one guidance, helping children settle confidently into school life. The school is looking for someone who brings positivity, patience, and a genuine passion for Early Years education.

What We're Looking For:

  • An enthusiastic practitioner with a strong interest in Early Years
  • A reliable team player who can follow direction and work collaboratively
  • An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • EWC registration (or willingness to register)
  • A nurturing, consistent approach and strong communication skills
