We are seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing and dedicated Year R Teacher to join our friendly and supportive primary school in Chatham on a full-time, one-year fixed-term contract starting in September 2026.

? The Role
As our Year R Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the EYFS Framework
Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
Support children's personal, social and emotional development
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
Monitor, assess and celebrate children's progress and achievements
Contribute to the wider life of the school community
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
Is passionate about early years education
Has excellent classroom management and communication skills
Is creative, reflective and committed to achieving the best outcomes for every child
Works effectively as part of a team
