8:30am – 5:30pm

We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to provide temporary cover at a modern office space in central Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a vibrant, customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients, visitors, and members in a warm and professional manner
- Managing the front desk and maintaining a welcoming reception area
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Preparing and setting up meeting rooms
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the workspace
- Assisting tenants with general enquiries
- Monitoring office supplies and reporting any replenishment needs
- Ensuring communal areas are tidy and presentable at all times
(Please note: this role does not involve handling inbound calls.)

- Previous reception or customer-facing experience
- A professional, approachable, and proactive attitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy environment
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
