Job Title: Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our Ashford based client, the role would suit someone who has previous reception experience, preferably within the professional services sector.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and clients with a professional, friendly manner
- Manage a busy reception desk, answer and direct incoming calls and manage enquiries efficiently
- Book and manage meeting rooms, maintain visitor logs and issue security passes
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Provide general administrative support: diary management, filing, data entry and document handling
- Maintain a tidy, professional reception area and support the wider office team when required
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion when dealing with client information
Skills and experience required
- Proven experience as a Receptionist in a busy office environment
- Ideally worked in professional services (legal, accounting, consulting or similar
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
