Full time – Ongoing Temporary Assignment

7:30am to 5:00pm – Office Based

Are you a proactive and organised Receptionist looking for your next temporary role? This is a great opportunity to join a well known global company in a polished corporate environment.
What you will do:
- Welcome guests, manage the switchboard, provide refreshments, and oversee meeting room bookings
- Keep all communal areas looking their best, including reception, kitchens, cupboards, and tea points
- Order and manage stock for refreshments, snacks, and stationery
- Act as the first point of contact for office maintenance issues and liaise with building management
- Build strong relationships with suppliers including cleaners, catering, water, milk, stationery and recycling services
- Support the Facilities team with Health and Safety duties, including fire warden responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing post
- Oversee and administer the hybrid desk booking system
What you will need:
- Previous reception or office admin experience is preferred
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Calm, efficient and able to work with urgency when needed
- Confident with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Punctual, reliable and able to communicate clearly
- A positive, proactive attitude and a team-focused approach
