Temporary Reception Administrator – Northampton (8th –17th July)
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a warm welcome and essential admin support across the business. If you're organised, approachable, and enjoy being the go-to person in a busy office, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Greeting visitors and making refreshments for meetings
- Keeping the kitchen tidy and stocked with essentials
- Setting up meeting rooms and preparing documents
- General office admin including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Supporting other departments with basic admin tasks
- Managing stationery supplies and ensuring equipment is working
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar/ customer service role
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Confident using a computer (Excel is a bonus, not a must)
- A helpful, can-do attitude and great customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
The Details
- Dates: 8th – 17th July
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:15pm (45-minute lunch)
- Location: Northampton office – easy access by car or public transport
- Free onsite parking
