Reception duties, dealing with vehicles coming in for inspections, MOTs and defects. Raising jobs as required. Management of Workshop calendar. Booking in recalls with external dealerships. Updating forms. Uploading documents to fleet management system. Creating service schedules and managing overdue services. Raising invoices to external customers where required. Assisting with any other duties which may include dealing with taxi inspection bookings within the Fleet office.
