Key Responsibilities • Manage a caseload of motor recovery claims from first notification through to settlement. • Negotiate with insurers, third parties, and legal representatives to achieve successful recovery outcomes. • Ensure claims are handled in line with FCA, FOS, GDPR, and internal compliance requirements. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while supporting service levels and customer outcomes.
About You • Previous experience handling motor recovery claims. • Strong negotiation and settlement experience within a claims environment. • Good understanding of FCA regulations and claims handling standards.
