I’m looking for a passionate, driven and people-focused Recruitment and Partnerships Executive to lead the charge in attracting and inspiring new foster carers. You’ll take ownership of innovative strategies, connect with communities, and play a vital role in ensuring children and young people find safe, supportive homes.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of the team, you’ll:
Lead foster carer attraction campaigns across local, regional, and national levels
Build strong relationships in communities, from events to local groups and organisations
Deliver engaging presentations and speak confidently at community events and outreach sessions
Develop and implement creative attraction strategies to entice high-quality carers
Manage enquiries and guide prospective carers through their journey
Arrange initial visits and ensure a smooth, professional onboarding experience
Work closely with internal teams and local authorities to identify areas of need
Represent the organisation at events, building brand awareness and trust
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who is:
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven
A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
Passionate about working with families, and communities
Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends
Your Experience
Experience in sales, marketing, outreach, or community engagement
Strong public speaking or presentation experience (preferred)
- Understanding of fostering or willingness to learn quickly
- Full UK Driving Licence
