Recruitment Associate

We're looking for a Recruitment Associate to join Four Squared Recruitment, someone who is motivated, naturally curious, and keen to build a long-term career in recruitment.
The Role This is a hands-on, trainee position where you'll learn the foundations of recruitment by doing the job, not just sitting in training. From day one, you'll be speaking to candidates, supporting live roles, and getting a real understanding of how the market works.
You'll work closely with experienced consultants who will support your development, with a clear path to progressing into a Recruitment Consultant role.
What You'll Be Doing Finding and engaging candidates
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and referrals
- Speaking to candidates to understand what they're looking for
- Building a strong pipeline for current and future roles
Supporting client delivery
- Working alongside consultants to fill live vacancies
- Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates updated
- Helping ensure a smooth, professional process for both clients and candidates
Getting involved in business growth
- Researching new companies and markets
- Supporting outreach and identifying new opportunities
- Contributing ideas to help grow your desk over time
Keeping things organised
- Updating systems with accurate candidate and client information
- Managing interview bookings and general admin
- Following recruitment and compliance processes
About You You don't need previous recruitment experience for this role — we're more interested in your mindset and approach.
