Red 5 People Ltd
Fancy using your people skills to change lives rather than chase the next placement? We've placed recruiters into this organisation before, and they actively like recruitment backgrounds. Why? Because great recruiters know how to build relationships, understand what motivates people and help them move forward.
As an Employment Specialist, you'll use those same skills to support people with health conditions or disabilities into work.
This is a community-based role, so you'll spend your time meeting people in locations such as NHS hubs, libraries and community venues rather than sitting behind a desk all day.
We've worked with this charity for years and have seen many people build long-term careers and progress internally. They're now hiring multiple Employment Specialists across Swindon, Warminster and Chippenham.
No employability experience is needed. Full training is provided.
What matters is that you're good with people, enjoy working towards targets and want a role with purpose.
Interviews will take place in Devizes and include an interview, presentation exercise and short written task.
Please apply via this advert. We aim to respond to everyone. If you haven't heard back within 72 hours, complete the "Send Us A Message" form on the Red 5 People website and a real person will respond. For more information, call the office and ask for James.
Salary is £29, 556 – £30, 700 (DOE).
