We're investing heavily in our Legal division and are looking to hire two ambitious Recruitment Consultants or Senior Consultants to join our Preston office. One role will focus on the London legal market, the other on the North West and Manchester legal market.
You'll inherit warm desks with signed terms and established relationships across regional, national and international law firms, giving you a genuine platform to accelerate your success from day one.

The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for developing and growing your specialist market while managing existing client relationships and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
The role will involve:
- Managing and developing relationships with law firms and legal professionals
- Building meaningful partnerships with both existing and prospective clients
- Delivering retained, contingent and exclusive assignments
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving market growth
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from instruction through to completion
- Becoming a recognised specialist and trusted adviser within your market
About You
We're looking for ambitious individuals who want to build something meaningful and be well rewarded for doing so.
You'll likely have:
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within professional services recruitment, although sector experience is not essential
- Alternatively, a strong background in sales or business development with the drive to succeed in a recruitment environment
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and a consultative approach
- Resilience, determination and a willingness to pick yourself up and go again
- A genuine appetite for business development and building long-term client partnerships
