Salary: £26,000 – £35,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus potential
Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, permanent

Reed Lancaster is recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our permanents recruitment desk specialising in administration and customer service recruitment.
You’ll be part of a dynamic and experienced team who have been recognised as high performing, this is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark.
What you’ll be doing:

Building client relationships: Use sales, marketing, and business development strategies to win new business and nurture existing partnerships.

Attracting top talent: Write compelling job ads, headhunt, network, and leverage social media to source and engage candidates.
