Reed’s Plymouth office is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an established Finance & Accountancy desk, recruiting across Devon and Cornwall.

The role:
As a Recruitment Consultant within Reed’s Finance & Accountancy practice, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing long-term partnerships with clients across Devon and Cornwall.
Your responsibilities will include:

Proactive business development
Making energetic outbound calls, identifying new opportunities and attending networking events to grow your client portfolio -
Client engagement
Visiting clients on-site across Devon and Cornwall to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions -
Relationship management
Providing outstanding service to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment journey -
Performance delivery
Working towards targets and KPIs, tracking your progress and celebrating success
What you’ll bring:

Recruitment or sales experience with a strong commercial mindset

A proactive, resilient attitude and determination to succeed

Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Financial motivation and ambition, driven by uncapped commission

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle – essential for regular client visits
