Your Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

Recruit teachers and support staff for primary, secondary and SEND schools

Interview and support education professionals
-
Build relationships with candidates throughout their job search

Write professional candidate profiles
-
Match excellent teachers with schools across the region

Work towards achievable targets with uncapped commission

Become an expert in the education recruitment market
Career Progression
After successfully completing your first year, you'll move onto your own sales desk with advanced training in:
