My client is a highly successful construction recruitment business that has recently launched an exciting new division focused on White Collar Construction and M&E recruitment across London and the South East.
Led by an experienced and well respected industry professional, the business combines the energy and autonomy of a start-up with the support, infrastructure and reputation of an established recruitment group.
Already generating £45,000–£55,000 per month in revenue, with a strong pipeline of live vacancies and established client relationships, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious recruiter looking to accelerate their career and earnings.
The Opportunity
My client is seeking a recruiter with 1–2 years' experience within White Collar Construction or M&E recruitment, whether contract or permanent.
You'll be given access to live clients from day one and encouraged to build strong relationships, develop your own sector specialism and become a recognised expert within your market.
This role would suit someone who is commercially minded, relationship-focused and hungry to build a successful desk within a supportive but entrepreneurial environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing and developing existing client relationships
Networking across the construction and M&E markets
Winning new business and growing existing accounts
Sourcing and placing high-quality candidates
Building a reputation within your chosen sector
Working towards becoming a future Head of Sector within the business
