We are looking for someone who is:
- Professional, ambitious and highly motivated.
- An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Proactive, organised, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to learn and build a long term career within recruitment.
Previous experience in sales, recruitment, insurance, financial services or a customer facing role would be advantageous, but is by no means essential.
Why join Pavilion?
- Comprehensive onboarding programme and ongoing training from experienced recruitment professionals.
- Clear career progression pathways, including opportunities to progress into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role and beyond.
- Competitive basic salary with an industry leading commission structure.
