About the role:
You’ll be responsible for developing Reed’s Procurement offering across Swindon and the surrounding Wiltshire & Gloucestershire areas.
The desk is already active, with support from an experienced specialist and hands-on manager, giving you a strong foundation to build on.
You’ll recruit across roles including:

Buyers and Supply Chain professionals

Procurement Managers and Heads of Procurement

Senior roles within manufacturing, logistics and operations

What you’ll be doing:

Develop and grow a warm Procurement recruitment desk

Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates

Win new business while managing existing accounts
-
Manage the full recruitment process from role brief to candidate placement

Work collaboratively with colleagues across specialist teams
What you’ll bring:

Previous experience in recruitment

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

A consultative and professional approach

Commercial awareness and motivation to grow a desk

A driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
