Temporary Recruitment Resourcer – Bedford / Hybrid (1-2 days in office, only)
£14.50 per hour | 6-8 week assignment | Starting Monday 29th June
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-known brand who are looking for an experiencedRecruitment Resourcer to support their internal recruitment team during a period of rapid growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment and make an immediate impact on a key hiring project.
The Role
In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
- Sifting and screening high volumes of CVs
- Conducting telephone interviews with candidates
- Shortlisting suitable applicants
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Supporting the wider recruitment team with administrative tasks
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous recruitment or resourcing experience
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Has strong communication and organisational skills
- Can hit the ground running with minimal supervision
- Is confident speaking with candidates and managing multiple priorities
Working Pattern
- Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the Bedford office, 3 days working from home
- Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Package
- £14.50 per hour
- Temporary contract initially for 6-8 weeks (with potential to extend depending on business needs)
