Our client, a leading company in the HR sector, is currently seeking a Regional Experienced Talent Recruiter to join their team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with senior leaders to understand their critical hiring needs
- Managing the recruitment process end-to-end
- Acting as a trusted strategic advisor to hiring managers, ensuring process rigour and efficiency
- Developing and executing comprehensive search strategies with business leaders
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Progressive recruiting experience across various industries and functions
- Experience sourcing independently and creatively, as well as partnering with a sourcer
- Resourceful and solution-oriented with a strong work ethic and adaptability
- Positive attitude, dedication to problem-solving, and high level of integrity
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams, share responsibilities, and accept feedback
