Role: Regional Marketing Manager – Stockton on Tees  

Salary: £40000-  £61500 DOE

Hours: 8am- 5pm Monday to Friday (36.5 hours)

Elevation Recruitment Group – Marketing Division are excited to be working within a division of a national Construction business who are on the lookout to grow their team.

In this role, you will support the delivery of national marketing strategies and collaborate with the wider marketing function to drive the continued growth and success of both the department and the business. This includes implementing innovative campaigns to attract new clients and developing corporate marketing initiatives that reinforce the company’s position.

Main responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the effective delivery of marketing campaigns for the housing developments within an assigned region.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with Sales Managers and Sales Negotiators to gain an understanding of each development, its location, USPs and target markets.
  • Keep in regular contact with Area Sales Managers identifying marketing requirements and marketing messages.
  • Ensure that marketing messages are in line with brand guidelines and are communicated across all platforms in a consistent manner.
  • Liaise with media buyers and property portals to identify potential marketing activities and ensure all planned activity, along with cost and broadcast dates are included on media schedules.
  • Produce advert briefs to graphic designers ensuring Sales Managers are given appropriate time to approve all adverts before the set deadlines.
  • Liaise with the Rightmove Account Manager for your region to understand market conditions around each development locality and benchmark performance, making listing improvements where required.
  • Ensure the new release procedure is correctly followed on each development, liaising with the Marketing Coordinator to check web and Rightmove availability is correct and make sure database eshots are sent out in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all plot or development offers are correctly advertised on the website and Rightmove and removed once offers expire or plots sell.
  • Audit a minimum of two developments per week on Rightmove to ensure listings are as accurate and informative as possible.
  • Responsibility for creating the ‘Why Choose’ leaflets based on the location details provided by the Area Sales Manager.  Once approved, producing a search engine optimised development description for the website.
  • Working with the Marketing Coordinator set up new developments on the website, enter development descriptions and liaise with the Sales Manager to make sure up to date development plans are always displayed.
  • Work with the Area Sales Manager, Sales Negotiators and Area Managers/RDs to identify, organise and attend PR events and meetings.  This may include ground cuttings, show home openings, buyer stories, area office based stories, etc.
  • Responsible for writing the press release, issuing the release to either the local press and/or uploading it to the social media and website ensuring it is optimised for search engines.
  • Ensure that all on-site sales signage is in line with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure that all marketing activity sits within GDPR, PECR & any other ICO guidance.
  • Responsible for analysing the success of all activities based on website acquisitions, development footfall and portal leads and provide reports to the HM.
  • Work alongside the Head of Marketing to ensure all marketing spend is in line with annual budgets.
