We're recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager / Head of Residential Sales to join an award-winning independent agency with an exceptional reputation. This is a rare senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven property professional looking to take ownership of a successful division and play a key role in shaping its future growth.
The Role
As Regional Sales Manager / Head of Residential Sales, you will:
- Lead and grow the Residential Sales division, setting the strategic direction and driving revenue, profitability, and market share across the region.
- Act as the face of the department, strengthening brand presence, identifying new business opportunities, overseeing marketing activity, and helping secure key instructions.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing sales teams, creating a positive and accountable culture while managing branch performance through regular coaching and reviews.
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards, support complex or high-value negotiations, and work closely with other departments to maximise referrals and business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and industry best practice, while providing strategic leadership through reporting, business planning, performance analysis, and chairing monthly Residential Sales Manager meetings.
Regional Sales Manager / Head of Residential Sales Requirements
- Proven experience leading successful residential sales teams within Estate Agency
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious business targets
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commercially minded with strong strategic planning skills
- Solutions-focused approach with the ability to overcome challenges effectively
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to make informed decisions and take ownership of departmental performance
- Strong knowledge of estate agency legislation, compliance, and industry best practice
