We’re now seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Support Manager to join our award-winning team, supporting our homes across the Cambridgeshire & Norfolk region . ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Regional Support Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Regional Director to oversee a group of care homes, ensuring they achieve performance targets and operate with excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:

Providing focus and support in key homes to maintain compliance, uphold standards, and deliver outstanding service

Standing in for General Managers during periods of absence, ensuring continuity, stability, and strong leadership within the home

Identifying challenges and recommending effective solutions in partnership with the Regional Director

Interpreting quality and performance data and advising on actions to drive continuous improvement

Our ideal candidate will:

Have proven experience in Care Home management roles

Ideally have a clinical background or strong clinical knowledge

Be experienced in supporting homes at a regional level

Demonstrate strong staff supervision and development skills

Hold NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Care for Care Homes
