Location: Sussex/Surrey/Remote/Hybrid
Salary: £40,000
Contract: Full time / Permanent

We are looking for an experienced and values-driven Registered Manager to lead our Nurture Supported Living services for adults with complex needs.
You will hold CQC registration for the services and be responsible for quality, compliance, staff leadership, and person-centred service delivery. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, commissioners, families, MDT teams and professionals to ensure high-quality outcomes for the people we support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a staff team in line with organisational values
- Ensuring compliance with CQC standards, legislation, and contracts
- Delivering high-quality, personalised, and outcomes-focused support
- Managing safeguarding, risk, quality assurance, and improvement plans
- Managing service budgets and resources effectively
- Building positive relationships with key stakeholders
About you:
- Experience as a Registered Manager or in a senior management role in adult social care is essential for this role.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and supported living services
- Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Person-centred and values-led in your approach
- Must hold Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Care
