Banquo, part of the successful Prospero Group, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Registered Manager to take ownership of our London service.
This is an exciting opportunity for an established Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into a leadership role within an organisation that is investing in growth, quality and innovation.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director and Nominated Individual, you'll oversee all aspects of service delivery, including:
- Operational management.
- Regulatory compliance.
- Staff leadership and performance.
- Quality assurance and auditing.
- Recruitment and workforce planning.
- Care planning and risk management.
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Budget and KPI oversight.
You'll also participate in the on-call rota and support business growth initiatives across the service.
What You'll Need
- NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Minimum three years' domiciliary care experience.
- Strong understanding of CQC Fundamental Standards.
- Experience managing teams and service performance.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
