Ofsted Registered Manager – Conisbrough
Salary:£50,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm (with occasional evening and weekend support as required)
We're recruiting for an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to join an Outstanding-rated 3-bed residential children's home in Conisbrough.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-established, high-performing home with an experienced Deputy Manager already in place and the support of fellow Registered Managers across the organisation. Staff wellbeing, development and progression are a genuine priority.

We're looking for:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (essential)
- 3+ years' experience as a Deputy or Assistant Manager within a children's residential setting (essential)
- Strong leadership skills and excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
Desirable:
- 2+ year's experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager
- A proven track record of achieving or improving Ofsted ratings
