We are now looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead our London service.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
You will:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated office and care team.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
- Champion outstanding person-centred care.
- Build meaningful relationships with service users, families and professionals.
- Drive quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement.
- Support recruitment, retention and staff development.
- Oversee care planning, risk management and service delivery.
- Promote a positive and supportive culture across the service.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Has at least three years' experience within a domiciliary care setting.
- Has strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks.
- Is an effective and compassionate leader.
- Has experience managing teams and driving service improvements.
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding care.
