This is a unique opportunity to oversee an established service while also supporting and developing additional services within the Lincolnshire region, playing a key role in maintaining and driving excellence across multiple homes.
A Day in the Life of Our Locality Manager
As the Locality Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind safe, effective, and caring environments across your services within the Lincolnshire region. You will lead by example, champion best practice, and ensure all homes meet both our high internal standards and all regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering Outstanding Care
Ensuring residents across all services understand their care choices and receive personalised support that promotes dignity, individuality, and choice.
Monitoring and reviewing care plans to meet changing physical and mental health needs across multiple services within the region.
Driving Quality & Compliance
Conducting thorough audits across all Lincolnshire services to assess quality, taking swift action where improvement is needed.
Maintaining robust risk assessments to safeguard residents and ensure safe, well-run homes across the region.
Leading & Developing Your Team
Recruiting, inducting, training, and motivating staff teams across multiple services within Lincolnshire to perform at their best.
Providing ongoing supervision, support, and when necessary, managing disciplinary or performance-related processes.
Creating effective rotas and contingency staffing plans to ensure seamless care delivery across all services in the region.
Ensuring Accountability & Transparency
Handling safeguarding, complaints, and incidents across all Lincolnshire services with professionalism and empathy.
Completing accurate and timely notifications, ensuring full duty of candor with residents, families, and external agencies.
What We’re Looking For
- Right to work in the UK.
- Level 5 in Health and Social Care or Management or equivalent or 1st Level Nurse or qualified Social Worker.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a residential care service is highly desirable, ideally with experience of multi-site or locality-based management responsibility.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of the adult care sector, including regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to oversee and support multiple teams across a region.
- Experience supporting vulnerable or complex client groups.
- QCF Assessors qualification (Desirable)
