Oliver James are currently supporting a Lloyd's Broker who who hiring for a Regulatory Compliance Manager. This role is an excellent opportunity for you to join a growing business to work closely with the Head of Compliance as you expand on your regulatory compliance skill set, as well as build on your international knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Horizon Scanning and communicating regulatory changes to the wider business
- Updating current policies to ensure they are fit for purpose
- Liaise directly with regulators and complete regulatory returns
- Senior stakeholder management
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of the FCA Handbook
- Strong regulatory background
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Ideally have experience working for an insurance broker in a compliance function
