The Role
You will assume responsibility for managing and growing a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients, acting as their trusted banking adviser and primary point of contact.
Working closely with internal stakeholders across lending, deposits, treasury, operations and wealth management, you will deliver tailored solutions designed to meet the complex financial needs of internationally connected clients. The successful individual will be expected to deepen existing relationships whilst also identifying opportunities to acquire new clients through professional networks, referrals and business development activity. Product wise you will focusing on deposits, mortgages and the bank own investment funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of high-net-worth and affluent private banking clients.
- Build long-term trusted relationships through exceptional service and proactive engagement.
- Identify opportunities to increase deposits, lending activity and overall client profitability.
- Deliver bespoke banking solutions aligned to clients' personal and business requirements.
- Conduct regular client reviews and relationship planning meetings.
- Work collaboratively with product specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver holistic client solutions.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals and professional introducer relationships.
- Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations, AML, KYC and internal governance requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and relationship management documentation.
- Contribute towards the continued growth and development of the Private Banking franchise.
Candidate Profile
We are interested in speaking with professionals who can demonstrate:
- Experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management or Premium Relationship Banking.
- A proven track record of managing affluent, HNW or internationally connected clients.
- Strong knowledge of deposit products, lending solutions and wealth management services.
- Experience developing client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of regulatory obligations including AML, KYC and financial crime requirements.
- A relationship-driven approach with a genuine focus on client outcomes.
