Remote Administrator | Immediate Start | Up to £30k Pro Rata | Short-Term Contract | Excel & Data Entry Skills Required
Immediate requirement for a detail-oriented Administrator to support a large-scale employee records migration project.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator with strong Microsoft Office skills who enjoys accurate, process-driven work. Previous HR or Legal Administration experience is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.
The Role
- Transfer employee records and documentation into a new HR system
- Maintain accurate Excel trackers and data records
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information
- Work remotely following a short onboarding and training session
- Support a time-critical business project through to completion
The Person
- Previous Administration, Office Support, Data Entry or Document Control experience
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Available for an immediate start
