G2 Legal Limited
Join a high-performing national conveyancing firm where success is genuinely rewarded. Last year, every employee received a bonus and in the first quarter alone 40% of the team achieved the top-tier ‘Platinum Bonus’, equivalent to £15,000 annually if sustained. It’s a rare opportunity to join a firm that consistently recognises and rewards strong performance.
I am working with a well-regarded national conveyancing practice to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer for a fully remote position. In this role, you’ll manage your own caseload, handling a broad mix of transactions including:
- Freehold
- Leasehold
- New build
- Unregistered
- Shared ownership matters
In return, you’ll benefit from:
- A competitive base salary
- A highly attractive bonus scheme
Most conveyancers earn over £10,000 per year in bonuses, with top performers reaching £15,000 or more. You’ll also enjoy:
- The flexibility of 100% remote working
- Clear career progression opportunities
- A comprehensive benefits package
You will take responsibility for managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working autonomously while remaining part of a supportive and collaborative remote team. The firm offers the opportunity to grow your caseload and develop your role in line with your performance and career ambitions.
To be considered, you should have:
- Proven experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills
- Experience mentoring junior team members (advantageous, not essential)
- Familiarity with VisualFiles and practice manager systems (advantageous, not essential)
The benefits package includes:
- 25 days’ holiday (with the option to buy or sell days)
- Company pension
- Healthcare cash plan
- Enhanced family leave
- Bonus potential of up to £15,000 per year
- Access to an employee assistance programme
- Discounted legal services
- A cycle to work scheme
- And more
