Freelance Research & Insights Director
London | Freelance We're looking for a Freelance Research & Insights Director to support upcoming client work, with a particular focus on Quarter Business Reviews, organic and paid reporting, and social listening analysis. This is a senior freelance role for someone who is genuinely social-first and able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight for clients and internal teams. You'll need to be comfortable working across reporting, social intelligence and insight-led storytelling, with the ability to simplify the "what" and the "why" behind performance. We're looking for someone with: ? Strong experience delivering QBRs and reporting across organic and paid social ? Deep experience in social listening and social intelligence ? Confidence using tools such as Sprinkr, Talkwalker, Pulsar or similar ? Strong understanding of social platform analytics and audience behaviour across the social landscape ? Excellent storytelling and deck-writing skills – able to turn analysis into clear, engaging narratives ? Strong stakeholder management and the ability to explain social data clearly to non-experts ? Solid experience in consumer research, analytics and social insight, and comfortable in manipulating and analysing large datasets. ?
