Resident Advisor – Ty Nant
Our welcoming residents team at Ty Nant is looking to appoint a Resident Advisor on a permanent basis to join Fresh and help deliver an outstanding place for our residents to live.
The Role
As a Resident Advisor, you will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm on a rota basis, as part of a collaborative and supportive on-site team.
You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe and engaging environment for our residents. This includes organising social events, managing both digital (social media) and traditional communications, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for residents, delivering excellent customer service via email, phone and face-to-face
- Creating a vibrant community through events and resident engagement initiatives
- Supporting reception duties, including welcoming residents and visitors
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including processing rental payments accurately
- Building strong relationships with residents, colleagues and the wider team
- Helping ensure the smooth and efficient running of the building
