Resident Services Coordinator Part-Time (3 Days per Week) | 15-Month FTC | Central London |£35,000 Pro Rata
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and customer-focused Resident Services Coordinator to join a respected London organisation on a 15-month fixed-term contract.
Supporting a portfolio of established residential communities, you will play a key role in ensuring an excellent resident experience while providing operational and administrative support to the wider property team.
This position would particularly suit candidates with experience gained within residential property management, estate management, retirement living, build-to-rent or resident-facing environments.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the Property and Resident Services team, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of residential schemes, acting as a key point of contact for residents and helping to ensure a consistently high standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact for resident enquiries
- Supporting resident applications, onboarding and occupancy processes
- Coordinating resident communications and correspondence
- Assisting with occupancy, lettings and resident documentation
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers and external stakeholders
- Supporting financial administration, including invoicing and payment processing
- Maintaining accurate records and property management systems
- Coordinating meetings and preparing reports
- Supporting compliance administration, health & safety records and documentation
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional resident experience
About You
We are looking for someone who combines strong administration skills with a genuine passion for customer service.
You will have:
- Experience within a residential property, estate management, resident services or customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- A proactive and professional approach
- Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Office and database management skills
