Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking Residential Cleaner to join their team at a well-maintained residential development in South East London.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Salary & Benefits
- £27,000 per annum
- Company pension scheme
- Uniform provided
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Permanent, stable employment
Duties Include
- Cleaning and maintaining communal areas, including hallways, lifts, receptions, and stairwells
- Collection and management of residents' refuse and recycling
- Ensuring all communal areas are kept clean, safe, and presentable
- Cleaning and watering external podium gardens and outdoor areas
- Reporting maintenance issues where required
- General caretaking and site upkeep duties
Candidate Requirements
- Previous cleaning, caretaker, janitorial, or facilities experience preferred
- Physically fit and able to undertake some heavy lifting
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
