Residential Conveyancer
My client is an established law firm looking to recruit a qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to deal with a full caseload and play a key part in the property team at the Highcliffe office.
You will manage and run your own varied caseload from start to finish (with access to supervision depending on experience) to include:
- Sales and purchases of residential properties – both registered and unregistered and both freehold and leasehold
- Plot sales
- Transfers of equity
- New builds
- Remortgages and property finance
- Easements
- Some experience of option agreements and conditional contracts
You will also
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and professional standards
- Support the firm’s business development efforts
Ideally you have a minimum of 4PQE gained within a law firm and be able to work with or without supervision.
Have strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold property transactions as well as good organisational skills with the ability to work independently as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an eye for attention to detail.
This will be a hands-on role working within a supportive environment offering career progression with a route to Partnership for the right person.
This is an office-based full-time role though hybrid working would be considered.
