THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a busy and successful Property team. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion, advising clients across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.

Your workload will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, equity release transactions, shared ownership matters, new build purchases, Help to Buy transactions, lease extensions and variations, transfers of equity, matrimonial transfers, title investigations and reporting.

In addition to managing your own files, you will support junior members of the team, build and maintain local business relationships and identify opportunities to cross-refer work across the wider firm.

THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 years' experience or equivalent managing their own residential conveyancing caseload.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters, excellent communication and client care skills, and the ability to work confidently with minimal supervision in a busy environment.

A proactive, commercially minded approach, together with knowledge of the Bedfordshire property market and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service, will be highly advantageous.
