Residential Conveyancer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Huddersfield.
This role is ideal for a motivated conveyancing professional looking to join a respected firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service and practical legal advice.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
The Role:
You will be responsible for handling a broad range of residential property transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Right to Buy transactions
- Title queries and general conveyancing support
You will be expected to maintain excellent client communication, manage files efficiently, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.
Candidate Requirements Applications are welcomed from:
- Qualified Solicitors
- Licensed Conveyancers
- Legal Executives
- Experienced Fee Earners with substantial residential conveyancing experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive and commercial approach to problem-solving
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
