Residential Conveyancer
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £30,000-£45,000
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (Office based with 1 day working from home for title checking and focused work)
CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded South Yorkshire law firm that is looking to strengthen its Residential Property team with the appointment of an experienced Residential Conveyancer.

You'll manage your own varied caseload while benefiting from a healthy work-life balance, including one dedicated working from home day each week for title checking and focused case management.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing an excellent level of client service throughout the transaction.
Your caseload will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New instructions through to post-completion matters
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong experience handling both freehold and leasehold transactions
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous, although not essential:
- Unregistered land transactions
- Shared Ownership matters
- New build property transactions
- Commercial Property work
- An existing referrer network or following
