LEGAL TALENT PARTNERS LIMITED
Residential Conveyancer
Location: Leicester
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 per annum (DOE)
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing legal practice in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to handle matters from instruction through to completion, working alongside a supportive team in a collaborative and professional environment.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build purchases and shared ownership transactions. You will liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors throughout the conveyancing process, draft and review legal documentation, investigate title issues and ensure that all transactions are completed efficiently and in accordance with current legislation and regulatory requirements. Maintaining accurate case records and delivering an outstanding standard of client care will be central to the role.
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive (CILEX) or an experienced conveyancing fee earner with a proven track record of independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload. You will possess excellent technical knowledge of residential property law, strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. You should be an effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, whilst managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
In return, the firm offers a competitive salary of £50,000–£60,000 depending on experience, the opportunity to work on high-quality residential property matters, a supportive and collaborative working environment, genuine opportunities for career progression and professional development, and an attractive benefits package.
