OVERVIEW: • Excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a respected and growing property team, offering high quality work and genuine long term career progression. • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion. • Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions. • Deliver exceptional client care throughout the conveyancing process. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders and other introducers. • Suitable for qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years' PQE or equivalent experience. • Confidently manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently. • Strong communication, organisational and case management skills required. • Commercially minded with a proactive and client-focused approach. • Join a well regarded regional law firm with an excellent reputation for property work. • Supportive and collaborative working environment with genuine opportunities for career development. • Competitive salary and benefits package.
