Job Description:
An exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer (5+ years PQE) to join a respected firm in a fully remote role. Manage your own caseload, deliver exceptional client service, and thrive in a supportive team that values quality, professionalism, and career growth.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding client care while meeting targets and ensuring full compliance with professional standards.
- Managing a varied traditional residential conveyancing caseload with a proactive, client-focused approach
- Ensuring consistently high standards of client service, communication and responsiveness
- Meeting personal and team billing, gross profit and cash-recovery targets
- Managing the financial aspects of files in line with agreed write-off parameters
- Ensuring files are opened, progressed and managed in line with internal processes and any agreed SLAs
- Maintaining accurate client, matter and enquiry data and ensuring effective use of case management systems
- Demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development
Experience:
- Qualified Residential Conveyancer with 5+ years' experience
- You take pride in delivering an outstanding client experience and building strong client relationships.
- You are commercially aware, organised and comfortable working to targets.
- You are proactive, detail-focused and committed to doing things properly.
