Residential Conveyancer / Fee Earner – Central London (Hybrid)

A leading Central London law firm is expanding its Residential Conveyancing team and is seeking experienced Conveyancers / Fee Earners to manage a varied caseload in a modern, supportive environment.

The Role

  • Manage your own residential caseload, alongside admin and 1:1 paralegal support.
  • Handle files from instruction to completion using advanced CMS/tech.
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, brokers, agents and other solicitors.
  • Provide clear legal advice and resolve complex enquiries.

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years’ experience running a residential conveyancing caseload
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team.
  • Both qualified and non-qualified lawyers welcome
