Residential Conveyancer | Huddersfield
A long-established and highly regarded Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and supportive Property team in Huddersfield.
You'll manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and all associated post-completion work. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that prides itself on delivering outstanding client service while offering genuine long-term career development.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A proactive, organised approach and strong attention to detail
- Understanding of AML, GDPR and regulatory compliance requirements
