LEGAL TALENT PARTNERS LIMITED
Residential Conveyancer
Location: remote
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 DOE
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team on a remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional looking for autonomy, variety, and long-term development within a supportive environment.
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and occasional new build matters. The role involves progressing files efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service and communication throughout.
Applicants should have at least 2 years’ residential conveyancing experience and be confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision. Strong communication, organisational skills, and a client-focused approach are essential. Qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX professionals, and experienced non-qualified conveyancers will all be considered.
The firm offers a salary of £50,000–£60,000 DOE, fully remote working, a supportive team environment, and genuine opportunities for career progression and professional development.
