About the Firm:

What's involved: 

This is a full-time permanent job working 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week) Homeworking can be accommodated up to 3 days per week. 

Duties will include:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including
  • sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • transfer of equity
  • remortgages
  • new builds
  • shared ownership
  • part exchanges
• Keeping clients fully updated

Who we're looking for:

Suitable candidates are likely to have:

• Around 2-3 years' experience, running your own residential conveyancing caseload
• Excellent communication skills and client care skills
• A sound understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish
